I'm having a crash course in learning to do little girl's hair. This was probably my first attempt at pigtails. I'm getting a little faster at it-- the hardest part for me is getting the parts straight!
I have to do Sarah's hair while she eats breakfast. Otherwise it's a lost cause! She is not fond of sitting still and only tolerates having her hair messed with if she is occupied... so we have found a morning routine that works!

Oh you better watch out. If Melanie doesn't have at least a dozen pair of shoes that fit she is not a happy camper :) And the hair will get better. Come and visit us this summer and I'll teach you to do her hair!!

The hair looks great but if you need help come and see me. When Brook was little I would do her hair in the highchair, now she sits in the sink.

Miss N is big on the shoes too. And she wiggles a lot with the hair, but I am getting REALLY fast now. LOL.
